Pharmacists
- KC Medical has licensed pharmacists available to fill all of your respiratory/breathing medication, call your medical doctor for refills, and answer all of your medication questions.
Home Medical Delivery Technicians
- All delivery technicians are trained, certified, and continuously attend classes to maintain their certification.
- Each delivery technician sets up home medical equipment, and they also train our patients on usage of each piece of equipment as required.
Electric or Manual Wheelchair Repair Requirements
- If your electric or manual wheelchair needs to be repaired or serviced KC Medical needs the following information before we can assist you:
- An order and certificate of medical necessity (CMN) from the patient’s primary care physician showing that the patient needs the chair.
- If the wheelchair is privately owned repairs are done on a private pay basis.
- After the first two steps, patients may bring their chairs in to be repaired or a pick up and delivery time can be arranged (there may be additional costs for pick up and delivery).

Turn around time for repairs and/or servicing varies. However, to run diagnostic tests and to order parts (if necessary) usually takes 4-6 business days
Neonatal Photo Therapy
Wallaby® 3 Phototherapy System
The Wallaby 3 Phototherapy System allows a mother to hold and even nurse her baby without interrupting therapy. At 7.2 pounds, the Wallaby 3 is light enough to be easily transported with the baby. There is no infrared or ultraviolet light to harm the baby. Every aspect of this device has been designed to make it the most complete and most portable phototherapy system available.
- KC Medical needs a signed Physician's Order prescribing the treatment and the length of need.
- After physician verification, our trained technicians deliver the equipment to the parents home and train the parents on usage.
